APPLE - STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 center cut pork chops, 3/4-1" thick
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped apple
1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
3 tsp. raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Cut a small pocket in each pork chop. Stuff with above ingredients. Put in baking dish and pour apple juice mixture over chops. Microwave on high for 14-16 minutes until chops are no longer pink.

APPLE JUICE:

1/2 c. apple juice
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. banquet sauce
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
