BACON ROLL-UPS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. ground sausage
1/2 to 2/3 lb. bacon

Melt butter in water in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing, egg, and sausage. Blend thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into size of pecans. Cut bacon crosswise into thirds. Wrap 1 piece around dressing mixture. Fasten with toothpick. Place on rack in shallow pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and crisp, turning halfway during cooking. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. Makes about 36. May be made the day before.
