ORANGE GELATIN SALAD 
6 oz. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (drained)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Immediately add sherbet after dissolving Jello. Add oranges. Pour into a tube-pan Jello mold. Chill until set.

AMBROSIA:

1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (13 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Fill Ambrosia in center of Jello mold.
