ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream or dessert topping mix, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add sherbet; mix well. When partially set, add orange slices and fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold; chill until set. Yields 8 servings.
