ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) boxes orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet or 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. prepared whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet or ice cream and mix well. When partially set, add oranges and fold in whipped topping. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold.
