OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (set aside 1/4 c.)
1 stick butter, melted
Lg. container Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
Lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

1st layer - Mix crushed cookies and butter, press down in oblong pan to form crust.

2nd layer - Mix 1/2 of the Cool Whip and all of the cream cheese and spread on crust.

3rd layer - Mix instant chocolate pudding with milk and spread over 2nd layer.

4th layer - Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreos. Refrigerate.
