WARM APPLE - MUSTARD SLAW 
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. vertically sliced onion
1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled Golden Delicious apple (about 3/4 lb.)
4 c. (1 inch) pieces green cabbage, about 3/4 lb.
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. coarse-grained mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and saute 2 minutes. Add apple; saute 2 minutes. Add cabbage; cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring once.

Spoon mixture into a bowl. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients; toss well. Serve warm. Yield: 8 servings (about 33 calories per 1/2 cup serving).
