CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
8 slices of cheese
1 (10 count) can biscuits

Chop up onions and pepper. Add to ground beef and brown. Add tomato paste and water, simmer. Pour into casserole dish. Place biscuits on top. then lay sliced cheese on top of biscuits. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees.
