CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. sliced cheese
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits

Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain. Add salt, pepper, catsup and tomato sauce; heat through. Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole; add cheese and top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until biscuits brown.
