BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (#2) can cream corn
1 (#2) can whole corn (do not drain)
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Grated cheese (optional)
Chopped jalapenos (optional)

Mix ingredients together. Drizzle melted butter over top and bake in 9x13 pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
