BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Add all ingredients to muffin mix except Swiss cheese. Pour into 9"x13" pan that has been sprayed with Pam or other pan coating. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with grated Swiss cheese. Return to oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
