MYSTERY FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in 13 x 9 baking pan. Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
