2 c. quick oats 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. raisins or other fruit 1/2 c. orange juice 1/3 c. wheat germ, bran, or nuts 2 tbsp. honey Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover, refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Mix well. Serve for breakfast. Substitute 2 1/4 cup old fashioned oats for quick oats. Makes 6 servings. |
