SALMON LOAF | |
1 lg. can salmon 2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3-3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. pickle relish 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg, slightly beaten Drain salmon. Add liquid to milk enough to measure 1 cup. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack in greased loaf pan, 8 x 4 x 3 inches. Bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with white sauce. |
