BAVARIAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. sweet chunky relish from a jar (well drained)
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds (crushed)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. In a 15x10 inch jelly roll pan, firmly shape meat into 8x4 inch loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with sweet pickles.
