LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix the sugar, flour and meal. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the three liquids gradually. Add the lemon rind. Pour in unbaked shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
