JELLO MOLD CAKE | |
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. sugar 3 pkg. Jello, different flavors 1 c. hot water with each pkg. 1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. pineapple juice 1 pt. heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla Make Jello day ahead. Add pineapple juice to plain gelatin. Put in refrigerator to set. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Put into bottom of tube pan. Save a few crumbs for top. Beat sugar, cream and vanilla. Fold into Jello (made into squares). Put into pan, add extra crumbs and put into refrigerator. |
