BUTTER PECAN ICE CREAM 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 gal. sweet milk

Melt butter. Add pecans; set aside. Beat eggs with sugar; add vanilla. Mix all ingredients and pour into freezer can. Add sweet milk.

Makes 1 gallon.
