GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 c. French green beans, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 c. Herkermer cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk

Place beans, sprouts and mushrooms in a 2 quart casserole. In a separate bowl, mix cheese with soup and milk. Pour over the beans mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
