EASY AND DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE
MOUSSE PIE
 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

CRUST:

10 to 15 vanilla wafers, ground
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Warm oil in double boiler, gradually add chocolate and melt. Fold in whipped cream. Press ground vanilla wafers and nuts into SPRINGFORM pan. Pour chocolate mixture into crust and chill 4 hours or overnight.
