12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Melt chocolate chips in top half of double boiler over low heat. Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks with melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until well chilled.
