MOM'S EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/3 c. very hot coffee
4 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. Creme De Cocoa or Kahlua

Put chocolate chips and coffee in blender and blend on high speed for 45 seconds. Add egg yolk and Creme De Cocoa or Kahlua, and blend until thick and smooth.

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites until mixed together and then spoon into small dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Chill until firm. If mousse starts to fall apart the egg whites were beaten too dry.
