HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
12 oz. grated cheese (3 c.)
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, sauteed in 1 stick butter

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
