SHREDDED HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hash browns 1/2 c. butter 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 2 tbsp. minced onions 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 to 2 tsp. salt Thaw potatoes. Toss with onions and butter. Blend cheese, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Put in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, potato chips or crackers tossed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 25 minutes or until done. |
