HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. green onions, chopped (tops and bottoms)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into buttered large casserole. Mix corn flakes with 3/4 cup butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
