COOL WHIP DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Make crumbs of this mix. Pat in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on baked crust. Mix 2 packages instant pudding (any flavor) with 3 cups milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cheese mix. Spread remaining 2 cups Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with nuts.

NOTE: You can make this and freeze it. It will keep frozen for a week.
