COOL WHIP BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix like pie crust and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake 18 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Mix 2 packages butterscotch pudding and 3 cups milk. Cook and cool.

Mix 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Mix in mixer with 1 Cool Whip. Spread the cheese mixture over cooled crust, then the pudding next, and finally add the rest of a large Cool Whip. Using a knife, swirl the mixture together but be careful for the crust. Top with toasted coconut or nuts.
