CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables, undrained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. chow mein noodles

Brown meat and onion. Add celery, soup, vegetables and liquid and soy sauce. Mix with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
