CHOW MEIN CRUNCH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce, to taste
Pepper to taste
Chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger and onion. Add mixed vegetables, soup, soy sauce, and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve over chow mein noodles or over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
