POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potatoes, cubed & boiled
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 med. onion, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. green stuffed olives, sliced
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled

Combine first 5 ingredients and place in medium size casserole dish (9 x 13 inch pyrex). Top with olives and bacon. Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven. (Do not omit olives and bacon for maximum pleasure!)
