LIME SHAMROCK SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. celery,, chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in water. Cool slightly. Add lemon juice and stir in milk. Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into mold or 9 x 9 inch pan. Chill until firm.
