NO BAKE PEACH PIE 
3 1/2 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled
1 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg peach flavor Jello
1 pkg. (4 serving size) reg. vanilla pudding

TOPPING:

1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter

Peel and slice peaches thinly. Combine peaches, water, spices and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in gelatin. Then add pudding mix and blend well. Bring again to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Let stand about 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Mix crumbs with sugar and butter. Sprinkle over pie filling. Chill until set, about 3 to 4 hours. Very good.
