CHILI RELLENO (HORS D'OEUVRES) 
1/2 c. melted butter
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans Ortega chili peppers, drained
1 pt. cottage cheese

Beat eggs and mix all other ingredients together. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool and cut into diamond or square shapes.

Can be heated to serve. Makes 35 to 40 small pieces.
