CHINESE HOTDISH 
1 sm. pkg. chow mein noodles
1/2 pkg. frozen peas, not cooked
1 can water chestnuts
1-2 cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms

Put 1/2 package noodles in bottom of casserole. Add frozen peas, water chestnuts, tuna and mushrooms. Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water. Pour over other ingredients. Add rest of noodles on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 4-6.
