CHILDREN'S FAVORITE HOTDISH | |
10 slices bread, cubed 3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 can tuna 2 1/2 c. milk 2 slightly beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Take 1/2 of the bread cubes and put in a buttered 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle half the cheese and the can of tuna over bread. Take remaining bread and layer over tuna, then the cheese. In a bowl combine milk, eggs, salt and onion then pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until set. Serve with a cream of mushroom sauce mixed with 1/2 cup milk, then heat. |
