BREAST OF CHICKEN ON RICE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 can milk
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, undrained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 chicken breasts, split in half

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 of mixture. Stir together remaining mushroom soup mixture, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 onion soup mix. Pour into ungreased baking dish 11 x 7 inches. Arrange chicken breasts on rice mixture. Top with remaining mushroom soup and sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Cover, bake 1 hour, uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. 4 servings.
