BREAST OF CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
4 to 6 chicken breasts, may cut into smaller pieces
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ginger
Garlic, salt and pepper to suit own taste

Mix well all ingredients except chicken breasts and garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and cook. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Rub chicken pieces with garlic, salt and pepper. Place chicken in casserole. Pour sauce over chicken breasts. Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Serve with wild rice.
