CHICKEN BREAST IN TOMATO GARLIC
SAUCE
 
10 to 12 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In saucepan heat all ingredients except for the chicken breasts. Heat until butter is melted and the sauce is hot. Stir constantly. Spray a 13 x 10 baking sheet with a vegetable spray. Lay chicken breasts in the prepared baking sheet. Pour sauce over the chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours in oven at 350°F. Serve with white or brown rice.

Absolutley fantastic recipe.... But instead of 12 to 10 chicken breast I used only 6 and instead of 1/4 cup water I used an entire cup.
