CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans whole chicken or 3-4 c. finely cut up chicken 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 1 can Chinese noodles 1 sm. can Carnation evaporated milk 1 tsp. soy sauce Mix all together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam, or greased. Put Chinese noodles on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
