CABBAGE AND BEAN SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can beef consomme
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. salad supreme or other salad seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste (it needs a lot of pepper)

Brown and drain ground beef. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is fully cooked serve with hot corn bread.
