TEXAS CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. cocoa

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix flour and sugar. Bring to a boil: butter, water, vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons cocoa. Add to flour mixture. Add:

2 eggs
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Pour into sheet cake pan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Bring to a boil frosting ingredients: 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa. Add 1/3 cup buttermilk, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 cup nuts. Spread over cake while warm.
