GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions, tops & all
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter

Grate coarsely COLD potatoes. Mix cheese, butter, salt, sour cream and onion; and mix lightly with potatoes. Bake in a 250 degree oven until bubbles show up. Casserole should be covered during baking.
