UPSIDE DOWN HAM LOAF | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 lb. pork 2 lbs. ham 2 stalks celery, chopped fine 3 eggs 1 c. corn flakes or Wheaties Melt butter in 9"x12" pan, add brown sugar and spread evenly. Add drained crushed pineapple. Grind pork and ham together, mix with celery, eggs, corn flakes and spread evenly over first mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce to 375 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with pineapple juice. |
