TURKEY DIVAN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. grated Parmesan
4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked until tender
10 lg. slices cooked turkey breast
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stir until becomes smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and add chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add nutmeg, fold in whipped cream and 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Put hot broccoli in an ungreased baking dish, keeping serving portions separated. Top each with a slice of turkey. Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
