CHICKEN OR TURKEY DIVAN 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 to 2 c. boiled chicken or turkey, cooled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
Grated Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese

Cook broccoli per package directions. Slice or dice chicken or turkey in medium size pieces. Combine soup and broth; mix well. Spray casserole dish with Pam and place some of the broccoli on the bottom. Layer chicken and cheese. Repeat until you have used all the broccoli and chicken. Reserve some cheese to top the casserole. Pour the soup mixture over the mixture and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and the cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
