MICROWAVE FRUIT CAKE 
1 good quality cake mix (no angel food)
1 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1 can fruit pie filling (21 oz.)

Good either chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filing or with white or yellow for other fruit pie filing.

Mix all ingredients in one bowl (2 quart glass measure cup is excellent). Mix thoroughly. Let set for 5 minutes. Use microwave bundt pan, do not cover. Cook in microwave total 13 minutes on high turning 1/2 turn after 6 minutes. Then additional 7 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes. Turn upside down on flat plate. If still a little uncooked cover with foil let stand short time longer. (If frosting desired, put in freezer overnight.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
