MICROWAVE GERMAN CHOCOLATE MYSTERY CAKE | |
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. water 3 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. butter 1 (9.9 oz.) pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix Combine cake mix, sour cream, water and eggs. Mix well. Place milk and butter in glass mixing bowl. Microwave 1 minute on 100% POWER. Stir in dry frosting. Mix well. Pour batter into greased and sugared microwave bundt pan. Spoon frosting mixture over top of batter forming a ring. Do not let frosting touch sides of cake pan. Microwave on 70% POWER for 17 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, invert on serving plate. 16 to 20 servings. |
