(MICROWAVE) MAYONNAISE CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water

Mix first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and water. Beat at low speed until all ingredients are moistened. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a microwave tube pan lined with wax paper on the bottom. Place pan in microwave and cook 9-11 minutes on high, rotate 1/4 turn after 5 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Frost as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
