CHINESE SALAD 
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 bag pre-chopped cabbage
4-6 med. green onions, sliced
1 pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodles

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
Flavor packet from noodles

Toast almonds in frying pan with pat of butter. Stir constantly; watch carefully. Set aside. Toss together cabbage and onions. When ready to serve top with crushed uncooked Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almond mixture. Add dressing. Toss well.
