CHINESE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 pkgs. Top Ramen Oriental Noodle soup (noodles only, omit flavoring)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/4 to 1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter
1 head Napa cabbage, cut up
5 to 6 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Brown in large pan: broken apart noodles, seeds, almonds and butter. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients. Chill. Toss all ingredients together just before serving. Makes a very large salad.
